If one is already an accomplished knitter this book is most likely a nice addition to your collection. However, if you are a beginner it is pretty much useless. I had not realized this when I first purchased this book from Amazon or I would have returned. So if you can knit well and understand all the terminologies used in knitting you may like the book otherwise, I suggest you keep looking for something that is user friendly. I like the fact the book is bound by coils so it can lay flat when opened like a cookbook.
I have many books on sock, but I just discovered this great one. It will be more useful than most of my others. It has a lot of info
I have the first book and can only imagine how much better this could be - really can't imagine it at all!
