I am a long time fan of Bonnie and her patterns. This cheerful book is perfect, including some of my all time favorite quilts into one volume. The photography is wonderful, the instructions clear and concise, it's a great book. There's something for everyone here, and it's a great addition for your library!
13 patterns for quilting with cotton can be found in this book. They range from lap to bed sized projects.

Each project starts with a colored photo of the item followed by a blurb about it. Then there are the finished quilt and block sizes and the material and cutting lists. Graphics and an exploded view to show how the finished quilt should go together are very helpful. There are tips in colored boxes and the author has another blurb about the quilt at the end of the pattern.

Between pre-cuts and included templates, you should be able to sit right down and create whichever pattern you choose. The quilting is left up to your creativity. There is a paragraph about the author at the end of the book.

This book could keep you busy for a year depending on how fast a sewer/quilter you are. Maybe even longer if you like to play with different colorways.
I am very diverse in making quilts, one moment modern the next traditional. I do find a lot of my quilts have red in them, as I love red, but have been known to make an all white/cream and black/white quilt for special requests of a niece and grandson. All colors are wonderful.

Review from Make Modern Online Magazine, Issue 17

Quilters the world over obsess over the divine quilt patterns and fabrics of Bonnie Olaveson, the mother half of the Bonnie and Camille design team. This book is a feast for fans of Bonnie's work, featuring 13 of her beautiful quilt patterns in one volume. Using Bonnie and Camille fabrics with a few coordinating solids thrown in, this book is perfect for those of us who've been looking for the right pattern for our treasured Bonnie and Camille stash. However, most of the projects are scrappy -- so you might even be able to just dive into your scrap bins for inspiration. Bonnie often mixes fabrics from multiple lines, because Bonnie and Camille fabrics play so nicely together. The patterns are varied, ranging from clever block repeats, updates of vintage blocks, to a great beginner's Double Wedding Ring quilt. While these patterns aren't new, this book offers fantastic value with its curated collection of all-time favourites from Bonnie's pattern archives.
Review from Denise Russell, Pieced Brain Blog, July 2017

Bonnie's background in pattern design has been delighting us for years, accented by the fabrics we have come to recognize and love. The pages in this book entice us to sew: each design has vibrant colors against a white background, with blocks organized to create traditional as well as modern quilts. Bonnie's fabric selections lend a fresh look to traditional blocks. Do notice the binding on these quilts! The same airiness from the quilt centers is carried through to the binding fabric, an alternative worth considering when we are choosing fabrics for our own quilts. As a pattern designer myself, I am inspired by the work of others. Cotton Way Classics has pages full of eye candy and brain food. A keeper!!!
