Stacy West is a fourth-generation quilter and the owner of Buttermilk Basin, which is both a retail business selling wool, patterns, kits, and fabrics, as well as a wholesale supplier of her vintage-inspired patterns. Stacy has become recognized as an innovator, a nationally known teacher, and a prolific designer in the quilting industry. She hosts three-day fiber retreats twice a year, and her work has appeared in a variety of magazines. She and her husband, George, have two daughters, Hannah and Grace, who love being a big part of Stacy's creative journey.
