Whether you're in the mood for something small, such as stitched jewelry or a snap-closure bag, or if a framed embroidery piece is what you're after, you'll find those--plus a lap quilt, quilted pillow, sewing notions, and more. Meg Hawkey
Meg Hawkey began quilting and hand embroidering as a child, using old quilts and vintage stitched pieces as her "instruction books." Years later, once her son had become a teenager, she started working at a quilt shop, where she was encouraged to use her artwork to design embroidery patterns. That little push was all she needed to take a giant leap into the world of quilts, embroidery, and fabric design.
Meg's designs echo her love for nature and her whimsical sense of humor, and her color palette is as diverse as the subject matter of her designs. You'll find everything from delicate pastel florals to vibrant, bold colors. Everything belongs and all of it sings!
