Looking for guidelines about how you can use our books and patterns? Thank you for taking copyright laws into consideration. We love to share—but we also have a responsibility to protect the work of our authors. Copyright laws do just that.

All of our books and patterns are protected by copyright law. Our books and patterns may not be used for workshops, classes, block exchanges, block-of-the-month programs, newsletters, or uses similar to these without written permission from Martingale. In addition, items made from our books and patterns may not be sold without written permission from us.

Permission is not required to enter a project made from a Martingale book or pattern into a show. However, you must credit the source of the design with the author’s name, the name of the book or pattern, and Martingale.
